Ryan is back to the god forsaken place he’d left several years ago. He plans to complete his business and leave right back the way he came from. He wants a quick in-n-out, and while he’s at it he wants to get rid of anything that ties him back to this small town. The one thing… No…the one person he wants to avoid at all costs is Emily. He wants to leave the past in the past, and swears his love for her is long gone and forgotten. Yeah right.
Emily avoids Ryan every time she can, the problem is there aren’t enough places in town to hide. Darn small town! It’s a matter of time before she stumbles upon him. The same as Ryan, she’s determine never to love again.
When Ryan and Emily face each other, well what can I say? Whatever vows they made go out the door. It takes one look, one touch, and one kiss for them to know their feelings for each other are as strong, if not stronger than before.
I can’t say much more because I don’t want to spoil it. I’ll just say, it is a very short, fun and sweet read, perfect for bed time even.
