Gavin is in his late twenties. He’s got quite a bit going for him. He’s a journalist by day, a famous writer by night. The catch is: he can’t quit his day job, at least not until the royalties from his writing career bring enough to support him. Does that sound familiar?
He happens to accept a contract that puts him in national television. Remember, The Bachelor? Yup, this is very, very similar. So he goes on this quest, his purpose is to open up more doors for his writing career so that one day in the near future he can finally quit his job.
In his quest, he meets a mysterious woman. The last thing he expects is for her to be one of the contestants competing to win his heart. The one thing that is important to him, is that whoever he chooses, must like him for who he really is, and not because of his “famous writer” status.
This is a very short read, so I can’t say much more. The story is very engaging, it has a nice pace and believable characters. Again, anyone who likes sweet, and clean romances, this is a story for them.
